Simple No Fight Fee Agreement & Terms
Client has hired Right Lawyers (Firm) to perform the specified tasks listed below (Tasks) for a Simple No Fight Divorce. The Tasks provided to the Client in an unbundled capacity, in exchange for a fixed fee are;
INCLUDED
- Explain the No Fight Divorce process;
- Answer Client questions about the divorce documents and divorce process;
- Draft and file documents needed for an No Fight divorce;
- Make changes to documents both spouses agree to;
- Submit notarized documents to judge for approval;
- Email approved documents with court file stamp to Client.
NOT INCLUDED
- Legal analysis of terms Client has agreed to,
- Legal strategy,
- Review of requested terms for their legal effectiveness,
- Review of requested terms for the legal enforceablity,
- Negotiations between spouses.
- Court hearings.
- Court filing fee.
- Tax advice.
- Drafting a QDRO or other retirement documents or advice.
Fees. In consideration of these Tasks, Client shall pay a fee of Nine Hundred Dollars ($900) for Firm’s Simple No Fight Divorce service. There is a court filing fee in addition to the $900 fee.
Refunds. The fee IS NOT refunded if some of these Tasks are not completed because Client terminates the Firm’s representation or because Client’s spouse will not sign documents.
Additional Fees. The fee is only for the Tasks listed above. If Client requires more than these Tasks additional fees will be quoted.Any court filing fees in connection with covered Tasks ARE NOT covered by the fixed fee.
NO Review of Terms. Client understands the Firm has not reviewed the details of the Divorce Decree. Firm is relying on Client to provide all the divorce and custody terms. Firm has not provided Client any analysis on whether the terms listed in the documents are accurate, are an equal division of assets or debts, or are in the best interests of the Client.
No Guarantee. Client understands the Firm has not made any promises to Client about the outcome or result of Client’s Divorce Decree. Firm only guarantees the correct drafting of the documents and the correct filing of the documents.
Nevada Jurisdiction. Any litigation or other proceeding brought against Firm in connection with or as a result of the Firm’s representation must be commenced and maintained in Clark County, Nevada.
Review and Acceptance. Client agrees this Agreement has been disclosed to them. Client agrees they have had ample opportunity to review this Agreement before accepting this agreement. Client agrees payment to Right Lawyers is considered acceptance of this agreement.
